Common Questions

Do I need NinjaTrader 8?

Yes — the Signal Analyzer and Cornerstone are NinjaTrader 8 indicators. You need an active NT8 account and an NQ Mini Futures data feed (Rithmic, CQG, or Kinetick). Once the indicator is running on your chart, the Signal Portal works on any device with no extra software required.

Is this a signal service I blindly follow?

No. The Signal Analyzer is decision-support — it scores setups based on price action, volume, and confluence, then grades them A/B/C. You make every trade decision. Mr. Bullionaire trades this live on his own funded accounts every morning, so every setting is tested in real market conditions daily.

Which contract and timeframe does this work on?

Tuned for NQ Mini Futures (/NQ) on a 5-minute chart with a 9:30–9:45 AM ORB window and 9:45–11:00 AM kill zone. Cornerstone is designed for a 1-minute NQ chart. Both may function on other instruments but are not tested or supported on them.

What does "one-time payment, lifetime access" mean exactly?

You pay once and own it. No subscriptions, no renewals, no "new version" charges. All future updates ship to your account automatically at no cost. The only recurring option is the hosted VPS add-on ($99/mo), which is entirely optional.

What is your refund policy?

7-day no-questions refund on all one-time purchases. If the indicator doesn't work with your setup within 7 days, email [email protected] for a full refund. No hoops, no runaround.

How does device activation work?

Each license includes 2 device activations. When you load the indicator on a new machine, it opens your browser to the PBF activation page — click Approve and it unlocks within 15 seconds. Manage and revoke devices from your account page anytime. Need more than 2? Contact support.

What ATM templates are included?

11 pre-configured NinjaTrader ATM templates covering every condition: EVAL-1C/2C (evaluation accounts), FUND-1C/2C (funded accounts), CORE, LOCK (normal days), HV-1C/2C (high volatility, ATR > 25pts), LV-1C/2C (low volatility, ATR < 12pts), and CHOP (ranging/choppy days). Every template enforces a hard $200 max stop per contract. The Signal Portal recommends which one to use in real time.
